Biography
Erin M. Brady Swenson is a shareholder at Brady & Swenson, P.C. who concentrates on personal injury law and municipal law. She has lived in rural Western New York for most of her life and proudly calls this area her home. Her mission is to obtain justice for the individuals and rural communities in Western New York.
For over twenty years, Ms. Swenson has fought against large insurance companies and corporations on behalf of her clients. Before joining Brady & Swenson, P.C., she began her practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a law firm that worked to protect consumer rights in nationwide class action cases challenging predatory lending, sales, and insurance practices.
Ms. Swenson serves her clients with compassion, communication, and tenacity. She guides her clients through some of their worst experiences and stands with them every step of the way.
